Mum’s Birthday involved a lot of table decorating and cake making masterminded by my Nephews Jack and Freddy who were given a free range. I had my first proper Canadian Thanks Giving this Year and managed 2 feasts in 2 days.

I was on the London Underground on my way to the hairdressers and over the speaker system came ‘a voice’ giving rail information.
