1. BODY

Every day I take a small amount of our gorgeous whipped Body Butter and run it over my driest areas; the top of my arms and front of my legs (your areas may be different). When I have time, especially after an evening bath, I give my entire body a Body 3 treat. I then snuggle down to a restful night’s sleep knowing when I wake my skin will feel smooth and hydrated.

2. HANDS

Whenever my hands feel dry I pop a little Body 3 on, sometimes just on the back of my hands where they are most exposed. But once a week before bed I smother this delicious cream over my hands then pop a pair of white cotton gloves on, safe in the knowledge that while I’m asleep they will be having the treat of their life, soaking up all this luscious ingredients.

3. FEET

Our feet work hard every day, but we forget them, so why not give yours a little Body 3 love? I massage this cream into my feet most days especially around my ankles and over my heels. But once in a while, or when they need it, with cotton socks to protect the sheets, I put extra on to soak in overnight. I know they love it because they tell me the next day by looking fabulous.

Ingredients

SHEA BUTTER

Extracted from the nut of the African shea tree a moisturiser that softens dry skin.

COCONUT OIL

Moisturises dry skin and hair, a natural way to protect the life of your hair which allows it to grow longer and thicker. The vitamins and essential fatty acids naturally found in coconut oil nourish the scalp and help remove sebum build up which is the oil and wax that comes from the sebaceous glands in your scalp.

SWEET ALMOND OIL

Used for centuries to help soothe and soften skin and treat minor wounds and cuts.

COCOA BUTTER

Obtained from whole cocoa beans, high in fatty acids, I chose it for its ability to hydrate and nourish the skin improving elasticity. The fat in cocoa butter forms a protective barrier over skin to hold in moisture. Its oily texture makes it perfect to remove make-up.

STRAWBERRY FRUIT OIL

Strawberries are packed with a high antioxidant content which protects and brightens the skin. They are rich in Omega 6 and 9 which helps to form a barrier, locking in moisture. As it’s a dry oil it absorbs into the skin, leaving no residue.

BODY 3 Aroma

LEMON GRASS

I’ve always been drawn to its cleansing aroma, it’s a popular aromatherapy oil that helps relieve stress, anxiety, and depression.

ROSEMARY

There are extensive studies on the effects of rosemary when inhaled many using the words clear and alert, which is why it is known as the herb of ‘remembrance’.

VANILLA

Who doesn’t like Vanilla? It’s a treat of an aroma known for its warmth, softness, purity and sweetness.
