When you know you have the perfect routine to soothe, nourish and enhance your skin, you never want to be without it, and that's why I take my little pots of magic everywhere. When I designed these products, I wanted the ingredients to be clean but luxurious, the products to be cruelty-free, made in the UK and, above all, simple to use.

MORNING — BEAUTY 4

I start my morning with BEAUTY 4. It’s simple, nourishing and gives my skin barrier what it needs for the day. Next, I pop BALM 6 on my lips, let it all soak in and apply my makeup. I love products that leave my skin feeling nourished rather than disappearing immediately.

If I'm heading outdoors, I make sure to apply my SPF. What will always be in my bag or pocket is our BALM 6 mini. It's a lifesaver for my lips, cuticles and brows, and I find myself reaching for it all the time.

EVENING — BALM 6

In the evening, I use BALM 6 to cleanse my skin and remove the debris of the day. Because my skin needs extra nourishment at this time of year, about three times a week I'll also use it as a face mask or night cream.

With its non-comedogenic formula, I also love using it around the orbital area of my eyes, taking care to avoid getting it into my eyes. I have sensitive eyes and a tendency towards blepharitis flare-ups, but I find it wonderfully comforting on the surrounding dry, flaky skin.

I also included castor oil in the blend because it's excellent for nourishing coloured, grey or simply dry hair. Used on its own, castor oil can be sticky, but combined with our other ingredients, it's a lovely treatment that washes out easily.

EVENING — BLEND 5

Sometimes, after cleansing, I just use our BLEND 5 on its own and, if I have time, give my face a massage using either my fingers or our golden wand. You only need a few drops, and I find it a beautiful, relaxing ritual that sends me off into a blissful sleep.

FOR MY BODY — BODY 3

I love BODY 3 and rarely go to bed without emulsifying a scoop in the warmth of my hands and smoothing it over my legs and arms. My knees and elbows are eternally thankful for this, and at least three times a week, my feet get a little extra love with a pair of cotton socks over them to allow the butters to soak in overnight.
