I love, love, love biscuits! All my friends know I can’t drink tea or coffee without the naughty little round thing… But how would I cope if I had a food allergy? Thankfully I don’t but so many people do. Dr Lucy Gibney discovered her child had severe food allergies and not able to eat his favourite cookies she set about developing a delicious alternative. Dr Lucy’s cookies are gluten, egg, milk, pea and tree nut free. What is there left I hear you say? Well enough to make a more than acceptable alternative biscuit, that as you can see from the pictures my friends Alice and Vicki enjoyed eating at the sacred time of elevenses!
