Its Called ‘Behind The Badge’ Alex was a task master but an inspiring and uplifting man to work with… He had me hurling myself of diving boards (before Tom Daly was born!) swooping through the sky in fighter jets and freezing me together with a helicopter to see which one of us worked better! All Fright on the Night

My sister Wendy and her boys Jack and Freddie were hardly recognisable as they headed off to a belated Halloween party. But the night ended in screams of horror as Wendy fell down a flight of stairs and dislocated her shoulder – spending the rest of the night in West Middlesex Hospital’s A & E Department. She so loved her new false lashes which sadly were last seen on the floor of the hospital as she had cried them off!…
