Dancing on Ice!

Lights not fantastic!

Christmas tree lights –  Agggggggggghhh! I must have used just about every swear word I know – and I have many in my vocabulary! It took me 3 sets to find the ones that worked. Most annoying was the one that worked on the floor so I spent ages criss crossing them around the tree, making them all fit beautifully at precise intervals… when I went to switch them on a third of those dammed little bulbs failed to light. Amelia and I were doing a fridge raid – we had, mushrooms, salmon and noodles which was all a bit bland so we started playing around and came up with this easy and delicious sauce. We used; Butter Soya Sauce Ginger Maple Syrup (you can tell I’ve been spending a lot of time in Canada!)
